How do I place an order?
Browse to the product you want, choose your options, add it to your basket and check out. You'll get an order confirmation by email straightaway.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and secure online payment options at checkout. Every transaction is protected with SSL-encrypted, secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the delivery address or cancel it — just contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can't be changed.
Do you sell wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. For wholesale and bulk enquiries, get in touch via our contact page and our team will help.
Which currencies can I shop in?
We support multi-region shopping across the UK, USA and UAE, with pricing shown in your local currency where available.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK, USA and UAE. Note: we can't deliver to P.O. boxes, and military addresses are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How long will delivery take?
- UK / domestic: 3–7 days in transit
- International: 5–30 days, depending on the courier
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment (our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination — the price you see is final. UK orders over £50 ship free.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the checkout price.
What is your returns policy?

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Please contact our team before returning any item and we'll confirm the return postage details for your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I choose the right product for me?
Each product page lists full specs and intended use. If you're unsure which option suits your training, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Yes — our range spans beginner to advanced. Product descriptions indicate the level and intended use so you can pick with confidence.
Do you provide guidance on how to use the products?
Where relevant, usage guidance is included with your product and on the product page. For breathing and recovery tools especially, we recommend following the included instructions.
Are your products safe for health and wellbeing?
Our products are designed to support training and general wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have a health concern, consult a medical professional before use.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder.
